Ocean shipping typically adds 30–60 days, depending on the destination and shipping schedule. Time spent developing and revising the model is separate, and large or complex projects may take longer. We discuss the estimated production and delivery timeline with you before you place an order.

A: We usually arrange payment in stages: a deposit before production begins, followed by the remaining balance after completion and before shipment. For larger projects, an additional progress payment may be agreed. You can review completion photos or videos before paying the final balance. The payment schedule and available payment methods are specified in your quotation.

A: Our factory-direct approach reduces intermediary markups and connects you directly with our team in Quyang. Each quotation reflects the material, size, design complexity, finish, and delivery requirements, with the included work and costs clearly explained.
A: Absolutely. For private collectors and new importers, we highly recommend our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. We handle everything: ocean freight, customs clearance, import duties, and the final “last-mile” delivery to your driveway for one fixed, transparent price.
A: Yes. All our heavy-duty wooden crates are strictly ISPM-15 compliant. They undergo certified Heat Treatment (HT) or fumigation to prevent invasive pests, ensuring your sculpture will never be delayed or rejected by customs in the USA, Canada, Europe, or Australia.

A: Please inspect the packaging and sculpture upon arrival. If you find damage, take clear photos or videos of the affected areas and the packaging, keep the packing materials, and contact us promptly.

We will assess the damage with you and help determine the appropriate next step, such as repair, replacement of a damaged component, or an insurance claim. Insurance coverage and the handling of shipping damage depend on the shipping terms agreed for your order.

A: Yes. We review your photos and may ask for additional views or measurements to clarify important details. Depending on the project, we develop a 3D digital model or clay model for your review. You can check the proportions, expression, and key features, discuss adjustments, and approve the agreed design before final production begins.
A: We engineer for extreme climates. For coastal salt-air environments, we strictly mandate 316L Marine-Grade Stainless Steel (containing molybdenum to prevent pitting). For freezing climates, we select high-density, low-porosity natural stone and apply professional sealants to prevent freeze-thaw cracking.

A: While Yun Sculpture retains the design copyright for our portfolio, we guarantee your highly personalized piece will not be mass-reproduced, protecting your unique investment. Our contracts are transparent, including clear “Kill Fees” clauses to protect both your deposit and our artisans’ labor during the modeling phase.
