The Lost-Wax Process: How We Work
We don’t just press a button. Making a mythical creature statue takes 45 days.
STEP 1
Clay Model:
This is the most important part. Our artist shapes the clay by hand. You want the dragon’s teeth bigger? You want the mermaid’s face prettier? We change the clay until you say “Yes”.
STEP 2
Wax & Shell:
We cover the clay in wax and sand to make a shell.
STEP 3
Casting:
We pour hot liquid bronze (over 1000°C) into the shell.
STEP 4
Welding & Polishing:
We weld the pieces together. Then we polish it.
STEP 5
Patina (Color):
We use heat and chemicals to color the metal. This is not paint. It is part of the metal. It won’t peel off.
