CUSTOM CAST BRONZE · DESIGNS AND WORKSHOP PHOTOS
Bronze Fountain Statues Made for Your Space
Bring us a photograph, a drawing or an AI-generated fountain concept. We can work through the sculpture, water path, finish and dimensions to turn the idea into a fountain that fits its setting.
Explore our workshop views, water tests and installed references below. Each design is a starting point: the final dimensions, water equipment, basin and delivery scope are defined for your project.
Have only a site photograph? Send it with one known measurement. We can begin from there.

DESIGN INSPIRATION
Imagine the fountain that belongs in your space
Do you prefer a lion at the entrance, a mermaid beside a pool or a classical figure at the center of a courtyard? Use these visual directions to show us the composition you like. We can then develop dimensions, material details and a workable water system for your property.

WALL · LION
Lion head wall fountain
A lion-head spout and a compact receiving bowl bring water to a courtyard wall without filling the garden with a large freestanding centerpiece.

TIERED · LION
Lions around a tiered fountain
A formal, symmetrical composition for a garden axis or estate entrance. The lions, tiers and pool must be scaled together for the actual site.

POND · MERMAID
Quiet mermaid pond fountain
A seated mermaid creates a softer focal point beside planting and still water. We can discuss whether the water should trickle or remain visually restrained.

POOL · MARINE
Mermaid and dolphins
A livelier poolside composition with dolphin jets. The outlet angles, basin width and pump system become important when several arcs run at once.

FIGURE · WATER
Ballerina with water arcs
The water forms a moving skirt around a dancing figure. This direction needs coordination between the sculpture, nozzle ring and control of the jet height.

ANIMAL · ELEPHANT
Elephant trunk spout
A raised trunk makes the water outlet part of the animal pose. Pool width and flow rate determine where the stream lands in windy conditions.

CLASSICAL · NEPTUNE
Neptune tiered fountain
A mythological figure gives a multi-tier fountain a clear focal point. The figure, bowls and plumbed center column can be developed as one design.
YOUR OWN IDEA
Have an image we haven’t shown?
Send it to us. We can discuss the sculpture, dimensions, finish and water effect around your property, whether you like a classical composition or something entirely new.
What to send for a quote →These images show design directions. The workshop and site photographs in the next sections show sculptural details, construction stages and water behavior to help you judge what a custom order involves.
ONE FOUNTAIN · FOUR VIEWS
See how a winged angel fountain takes shape
These four images follow the same winged angel and cherub fountain through workshop detail, a running-water test, factory-yard handling and site installation. They help show the scale and different stages of a custom fountain; they are not four separate products.
A photograph can show the design, but the water flow depends on the outlet, pump, basin and site. Send us your available pool dimensions so we can discuss the practical version of the design you like.
BROWSE REAL REFERENCES
Choose the sculpture and the water experience
Start with the image that catches your eye. A statue fountain can be a large garden centerpiece, an architectural wall feature or a quieter figure beside an existing pool. The photographs below represent distinct designs and visual directions; each card lets you send its image with your inquiry.

FIGURE · COURTYARD
Installed courtyard centerpiece
A black and gold sculptural center piece set within a residential courtyard. Study the surrounding architecture and pool footprint before choosing the height and spread of a similar design.

TIERED · ORNATE
Ornate two-tier fountain
Another installed dark and gilded composition with two levels. If you like its layered silhouette, decide whether your site needs a complete basin or a bronze upper assembly fitted to an existing pool.

TIERED · FLOW
Two-bowl water test
A dark bronze two-bowl design photographed with water running. The visible temporary test equipment is part of the setup; the permanent pump and connections must be specified for your site.

WALL · SPOUTS
Animal-head water spouts
Different bronze animal heads send separate jets into a receiving pool. This idea works well with an existing wall or basin when you can plan pipe access and service behind the façade.

WALL · HORSE
Rearing horse wall fountain
A horse relief rises over a round wall basin in the workshop. The horse, backing plate, basin and outlet location can be developed together for a courtyard wall.

FIGURE · SCULPTURE
Ballerina fountain figures
A pair of dancing figures photographed before installation. For a fountain version, the water route and pool relationship should be designed around the sculpture, not improvised after casting.

FIGURE · WATER EFFECT
Figure fountain with water arcs
A nighttime reference showing female figures surrounded by water arcs. We can discuss this composition as a design reference; material, lighting and jet equipment require a project-specific specification.

MIXED MATERIAL
Metal shells with a stone basin
Pink metal shell tiers above a pale stone basin during installation. It illustrates a mixed-material direction, so ask for a material schedule rather than assuming every visible part is bronze.
The shell-and-stone example combines materials, while the nighttime figure scene is a water-effect reference. We confirm the metal and every included component in the quotation for the design you choose.
ONE DESIGN · THREE ANGLES
A bronze angel two-bowl fountain in the workshop
These three photographs show the same angel fountain from the front, in full and from the side. Compare the bowl spacing, sculpted figure and silhouette before deciding whether its proportions suit a courtyard, entrance or garden pool.
WHAT MAKES IT WORK
Plan the fountain as a water system, not only a statue
A strong concept image answers what you want to see. A buildable fountain also needs an answer for where the water begins, where it lands, how it returns and how the installation will be serviced. We discuss these details before finalizing a custom casting.
Outlet and visual effect
Water may leave a mouth, jar, shell, bowl edge or separate jet. The proposed outlet controls how the design reads when running and where the splash lands. For sculpted figures, outlet placement should respect the form rather than obscure the face.
Pool size and splash
Pool diameter, depth and the expected water arc have to be considered together. Wind and higher flow can throw water beyond a narrow basin. If the pool already exists, provide its internal measurements and a photograph with a visible scale reference.
Pipes, pump and access
Internal water channels, connections and access for maintenance are planned around the chosen sculpture. Pump model, power compatibility, filtration, lighting and local electrical work should be clearly assigned between the fountain maker and site contractor.
Weight and assembly
A large fountain may arrive as separate sculptural elements for safer packing and handling. Confirm the receiving surface, anchors, lifting access and the position of the site water connections before casting dimensions are approved.
MATERIAL AND FINISH
Bronze character, with a finish chosen for your setting
Cast bronze allows a sculptor to model detailed faces, drapery, animals and branching compositions. A fountain normally uses cast components assembled into the finished sculpture rather than one massive solid casting. We discuss the alloy, wall construction and internal connections in the project specification.
Brown, dark or green patina
A finish can bring out sculpted detail or echo nearby stone and planting. Running water may change its appearance over time; water chemistry, cleaning methods and exposure affect how quickly. A reference photograph helps us agree on the intended look before finishing.
For a dark bronze with gold highlights, ask which details should be emphasized so the ornament reads clearly from your normal viewing distance.
Mixed materials and existing basins
Not every fountain pictured is entirely bronze. The shell fountain in our gallery has a metal upper structure with a stone basin. A custom project may reuse an existing pool or combine a bronze figure with stone, depending on its geometry and waterproofing plan.
Tell us what is already built. We can quote the sculpture alone or discuss a coordinated fountain assembly with a defined component list.
For a comparison of design, upkeep and material behavior, see our bronze, marble and concrete fountain guide. If you prefer carved bowls and stone ornament, explore marble tiered fountains.
YOUR IDEA, MADE BUILDABLE
From an AI image or sketch to a cast fountain
AI can make it easier to show an ambitious idea. Send us that image, even if some details are physically impossible. We can discuss which parts to keep, which need adjustment and how the water can operate without losing the character that made you like it.
Share the reference
Send the image, intended location, desired size and a photograph of the site. If you have a site plan or basin drawing, include it. We first identify the main sculptural elements and the likely water path.
Resolve scale and structure
We discuss figure proportions, bowl diameter, reach of any projecting parts, supports and the relationship to the pool. A digital or clay model can be adjusted with you before the casting stage, according to the agreed project scope.
Confirm water and finish
We specify proposed outlets and connection points, plus the intended patina. Where a water test is part of the project, the test helps inspect the flow before dispatch; final behavior still depends on the installed site equipment and conditions.
Cast and assemble
The approved sculpture is cast in workable sections, joined, chased and finished. We discuss any removable elements or access points that will make shipping, installation and later service easier.
Review before shipping
Progress photographs and the relevant test or fit-up views can be used to review the piece against the approved design. We agree on packing, separated components and any labels needed for installation.
Install at the site
Your installation team prepares the base and utilities, unloads the sections and connects the system. The division of supply and on-site work is stated in the quote, so pump, basin, crane, wiring and commissioning are not left ambiguous.
A QUICK DECISION GUIDE
Which fountain format fits your property?
The best starting design depends on the building, the available basin and how close people will stand to the water.
| Format | Useful when | Check before ordering |
|---|---|---|
| Freestanding figure or tiered centerpiece | You have a visible garden axis, courtyard or arrival space. | Overall height, pool width, foundation, reach for maintenance and an unobstructed view. |
| Wall relief or animal spouts | A courtyard wall or existing pool already defines the space. | Wall structure, waterproofing, pipe and service access, jet landing point. |
| Bronze sculpture with a separate stone basin | You want bronze detail with a stone surround, or already have a compatible pool. | Each material’s scope, anchoring, connections and interfaces between suppliers. |
| Multiple figures or water arcs | The water effect is as important as the sculpture. | Jet control, pump room, lighting, wind exposure, plumbing and ongoing service. |

BUYING A CUSTOM FOUNTAIN
What we need for a useful quotation
A quote for a fountain should describe a buildable scope, not just the appearance in a photograph. The more of the following you can provide, the more precisely we can discuss materials, engineering and delivery.
Your five starting details
- A reference photo, drawing or AI design, with the parts you want to retain.
- The intended overall height and approximate pool diameter, or a site photo with one known measurement.
- Whether you need sculpture only, a basin, or a full proposed fountain assembly.
- Your desired water effect, finish and any existing pump or pool equipment.
- Delivery country, postcode and site access for large components.
What should be clear in the offer
Ask us to list the sculpture sections, proposed material and finish, included internal water connections and any supplied pump or basin. We should also identify approval stages, packing, freight terms and the work left to the local installer.
Cost and production time depend on scale, number of figures, detail, casting complexity, water features and delivery scope. A reference image alone cannot establish an honest fixed price.
PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Questions to settle before ordering
Can you make a fountain from my AI-generated image?
Yes, it can be a design reference. We review the proportions, casting sections, support, proposed outlets and basin relationship. The buildable design is agreed with you before production; an AI picture by itself does not specify the engineering.
Can I buy only the bronze sculpture for my existing pool?
Potentially. Send the pool’s internal dimensions, a clear photo, details of its structure and any existing pipe location. We can discuss the sculpture and its connections as a defined supply scope, while your local team checks the foundation, waterproofing and site equipment.
Are the pump and basin included?
That depends on the agreed quotation. A bronze sculpture, integrated pipework, stone basin, pump, lights, controls, shipping and on-site installation are separate items to confirm. We will list what is included and what your local contractor needs to provide.
Will the water splash outside the basin?
Splash depends on jet angle, flow, drop, pool dimensions and wind. We plan the intended effect around your basin size and can discuss flow testing where appropriate, but final tuning happens after the actual pump and site conditions are known.
Can bronze be used in a swimming pool or salt-treated water?
Tell us the water treatment and chemistry first. Chlorine, salt systems and cleaning agents can affect the metal, patina and nearby materials. Compatibility and maintenance need to be assessed for the exact installation; we should not promise the same finish behavior as a freshwater garden basin.
What happens in freezing weather?
Water trapped in bowls, lines or a pump can freeze and damage the system. Discuss draining points during the design stage and follow a site-specific winterization plan. Our winter fountain guide covers the seasonal basics.
Do all the photographs show different fountains?
No. The four winged-angel images show one fountain at different stages; the three two-bowl angel images show another single fountain from different angles. Other cards show separate designs or design references. The shell tier above a stone basin is a mixed-material example.
